Hi,
I just got one of these at an auction and haven't been able to find a user manual for it, would anyone possible have one they could send over/post?

It helps, but menu's/buttons are different/missing. Still trying to figure out how to get it to save some defaults such as units, probe calibration master height, how many decimal places, date/time, etc, i can change them, but it is not saving after power off/on.

Have you emailed Hexagon? I just got a manual for a Tesa-Hite 400 Plus M from them, I will PM you the contact that sent me my manual. They seem good with basic stuff like sending manuals, but I have an issue with my printer in one mode and haven't gotten a response.

i recently bought a used one as well. i got some instruction sheets with it. if you can sent me a close up photo of the program function plate above the hand crank i can tell if it is the same model. if it is the same i can scan what i have and email them to you.
Hello jon, actually I don't have a photo yet..the photo here is of one I found on the net that appears identical to mine. The model number on my unit is 9Y047-2804 if that means anything.

So as not to trouble you with faxing many pages of info, I'll point out that what I need is just the initial info of how to zero the thing at any point, and what the abreviated buttons actually stand for, such as 'SP'. Also I'm curious how many pages the manual is.

I dont think you see the point I was trying to make. The other fellow simply got mad at your comment about having the info, and you refusing to provide it to him.
I would have basically done the same thing, except I would have directed the felllow in another direction, lets say a better direction then he went. He should have done what you have done in this post.
Iam in buisness too and its hard to know the right thing to do at all times, dealing with the public is very difficult. But somtimes I just want to dot their eyes.
