  • yes i always use Administrative Tools, and yes there is a certain updates which made my laptop crushes (2 updates)
    Update for Windows 10 Version 1607 (KB4033637)
    Windows 10 Creators Update Privacy Settings (KB4013214)
    take down internet connection with websites
    i     can't openthe antivirus, start menu,sticky notes,cortana..
    when i delete them every thing back to normal (but .msc does not open)
    last thing i reset my internet connection and it all worked for me with some steps like sfc /scannow
  • I have no problem with another extension..exe,rar,jpg,mp3 there are all works
  • by System File Checker tool you mean sfc /scannow >>>
    Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations.

Open a Command Prompt as Administrator
Run this command to change Directory:

cd %windir%system32,

Run the following commands, hit enter after each command:

Regsvr32 Msxml.dll

Regsvr32 Msxml2.dll

Regsvr32 Msxml3.dll

Restart your System and check if this issue is fixed . . .

i have tried this one,put for the first two modules i keep get :

The module 'msxml.dll' failed to load. Make sure the binary is stored at the specified path or debug it to check for problems with the binary or dependant .DLL files. The specified module could not be found.
but
Regsvr32 Msxml3.dll >>> DllRegisterServer in Msxml3.dll succeeded

Downloaded again and it worked perfectly - could have saved myself 2 days of frustrated googling and lots of hair if I had just checked the hashes before starting:-( I managed to find one or two md5 nos but not for the specific file I'm looking for. I was using one of those downloads and was beating my head against a wall because of an error during file unpacking - turned out my image was corrupted. Md5 hash windows 10. Someone somewhere must have them all?

3.1 dism /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth

3.2 dism /online /cleanup-image /checkhealth

Open Msc File

3.3 dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
and it all succeeded, without any problem, but it didn't solve my problem
